Roary 4th Birthday Cake Hello Kim,
First of all, just would like to let you know that, as I had predicted, Nanette refused to cut her Cartier cake. The cake, originally intended to be consumed by the guests, has now become her 40th birthday keepsake. Problem is the depth of her display cabinet is not wide enough to accommodate the cake and the cake board. So now, she has decided to buy a new china / display cabinet to house her Cartier cake!!! :o) – she said she was thinking of replacing her old display cabinet with a bigger one anyway...
Nanette and her Mum cut the Red Champagne Glass cake but kept the figurine and the small champagne bottle candle. As with the previous cakes you made for us, am very amazed with your attention to detail, such as the necklace and bracelet on the figurine as well as the teeny weeny “Happy Birthday” message you put on the champagne bottle candle.

Hand Bag and Shoe 18th Birthday Cake Hello Kim,
Just would like to say "thank you heaps" for the wonderful rose garden cake that you baked and designed for my mother-in-law's 83rd birthday. It was truly a work of art! The design and decor down to the smallest detail was just perfect! As expected, my workmates expressed admiration and even took photos of the cake after you delivered it to my office. Family and friends kept saying that the cake was too beautiful to cut. Cake was delicious - moist, soft, and really yuuummmmmyyyyy!

Roses Garden Cake Dear Kim,
Regarding Sarah's Little Mermaid cake:
It's now inside my sister-in-law's display cabinet, uncut! As the cake was so beautiful, my sister-in-law decided to keep it. "Sebastian" became the favourite amongst my niece's friends. They all wanted to get him, but, as the cake was heavily guarded, Sebastian luckily survived. Funny thing that happened was, the lower left hand corner of the book got chipped-off because 2 adult guests, thinking that it was a serviette, tried to get a serviette from the stack. The book looked so real looking at it from a distance and people actually mistook the thick white pages for a stack of serviettes.

The Bling Cake Hello Kim,
Well the party was great, the kids had lots of fun & games, lots of presents and the Cake was one of the big highlights of the day! Everyone loved the cake especially the birthday boy and to top it off, the cake itself was delicious! People loved it and asked where I got it from etc... we cut slices for everybody and saved a generous piece for us to bring back home to enjoy!
You were right, the chocolate/caramel mud swirl is popular indeed and we're glad we picked that flavour.
Thanks so much for really 'making it memorable' and unique for our son's 7th birthday, everyone wanted to get in and take a picture of the cake. We are passionate about the NSW team and the best thing was seeing QLD supporters wanting to take a picture of the cake too, aswell as eating and loving it aswell!! As much as they hated the NSW team, they couldn't resist loving and eating the cake. haha!
I will definitely be coming back to you for any cakes I want for special occassions in the future! :)

NSW State of Origin Jersey Birthday Cake Hello Kim,
We would like to convey to you our deepest appreciation and thanks for the wonderful anniversary cake you made for us. The cake design was really a very good replica of our TV room. We LOVE every detail of it, especially the red chaise lounge, message on the TV, tiny picture frames, and the red laptop. We have only one word to describe your creation – WOW!!!!!
The cupcake faces were so beautifully made – a lot of ooohs and ahhhs from our family and guests. Our guests “stared in awe” at the design first before eating the cupcakes, which by the way, were yummy.

Well I’ve got to say mum was speechless when she saw the cake you made for her 60th. She had no idea, and an ice bucket with a bottle of champagne in it was just brilliant. With each cake I see you do it still amazes me at the detail & effort you go to. I liked the 60 on the ice bucket and the “S” label for Sue instead of seppelt was a neat touch. All my relative from QLD were very impressed, so were the restaurant staff. Thanks again for adding that “special something” with a magnificent cake. They are so good, it seems a shame to cut them.

Well you have excelled yourself again. Justin’s birthday cake is spectacular. You have such a flare for creativity. I know I didn’t give you much to go on, other than it had to have a teddy bear. The baby with the blanket is so Joshua, it resembled him alot - which is what makes your cakes so memorable, because they have such a personal touch about them.
